For the past 2 months I’ve been on 10mg of Mk677. 1 pill every night.

Positives:
More and leaner muscle mass
Increased bone mass
Better hair texture
Glowy and clearer skin
Insane sleep quality

Negatives:
Just a little face bloat, but potassium chloride gets rid of it.

I countered all the side effects with 1500mg (3 pills) if berberine.

Seriously, this is the easiest looksmax you can do that makes a huge difference. I recommend this HEAVY.

Although, be careful and counter the sides with berberine and start out on a low dose. I was comfortable with doing a low dose, but you can double it to 20mg but the risk of anxiety and bad mental health is high.
