if u dont see any irritation or dont have sensitive skin bump up the frequency and %
i finished my tube and am doing 0.1% tazarotene now

always do as much as u can for ur skin but not too much that will ruin it
u need to find a good efficacy/tolerance ratio

u have to use it short term not longer than 4 months at a time or u can risk getting ochronosis which will fuck up ur skin

i cant really just give you one answer because all of them are great but for different purposes.
isotret is mainly for moderate-severe acne
tazarotene is for mild acne or acne scars (a superior version of tretinoin)
hydroquinone is for hyperpigmentation and dark spots from PIH

going great looking great the purging phase was really mild and short probably because i purged on tret before already so there wasnt a lot left
but only switch if ur sure u wont be peeling like crazy
