I posted my first eye surgery transformation a while ago and got really good feedback, so I thought I'd make an update since it's been 2 months now and the result is complete, scarring is fully gone.

Notes:
>I had eyebrow transplant too (9 months ago) and I've been using minox for 1.5 months now, it helped a lot but they look better in pic than irl (there's still not enough volume).
>JFL at my under eye support went mgtow, tomorrow I have consultation for under eye fat grafting.

What are your thoughts? Do you think it's possible for me to get under eye support like Chico?

if you want undereye support you have to support it with something
a saddled infraorbital will do it but only if you maxilla is normally developed and you do not have a shitty reccssed one otherwise you should look into lefort 2 or modified lf3
and no fillers will not do shit
fat grafting only if you want to do touch ups or you are just lacking periorbital fat

People here expect you to ascend from nct shitty eyes to meeks tier eyes with canthoplasty/canthopexy jfl. Great ascension op looks much better, you just lack undereye support but I can't tell if it's recessed or if you just lack fat. Have u tried volufiline it's worked for some people?

OP where did you get this done btw.

Also huge inspiration I plan to do something very similar as yours, combination of canthopexy/canthoplasty and lower eyelid retraction, and also volufiline or fat grafts

Eyes look good but eyebrows look wierd. I looked into eyebrow transplant and decided not to.. they don’t use proper hair follicles for this area for it to look correct (wish it did)
I forget exactly the terms because I researched months ago but my conclusion was it was not worth it

You're unironically fully correct... but unfortunately those surgeries cost tens of thousands of dollars and it's impossible for me to get them lol

You're not wrong, I trained my muscles to lightly squint, but this faggot also has a HTB girlfriend while you goon to porn and onlyfan girls, posting 10 posts per day on .org while I check in once per week to JFL at your cringe

High IQ comment from PC maxxing as always, I don't recommend eyebrow transplant!!! I think shading, minox, brooding (whatever you call it) can help ascend eyebrows in a more natural way. I think even microblading can be a good option in certain cases and all those options are also more economical than brow transplant and also require little recovery, while recovery from brow transplant had been HELL on earth.

that's why only 1% of this site will actually ascend.

depends on what are you trying to achieve
but in general if you only lack periorbital fat and you have a decent supra and infra orbital support then a fat graft might be good
but it is different from a person to another because there are a lot of different variables to decide which is suitable

Based on the after picture, do you think fat grafting will suit me? Infraorbital rim implant just isn't an option, it's too expensive and unavailable in my region ... And I also don't like the idea of hyaluronic acid filler injected directly under my eyes

Yeah
