2. morning after uc (ultrasonic cavitation)

Yesterday (Thursday) the day after I did uc at (wednesday midnight)
I Spammed potassium and water. Allowed a little salt though.
Overall ate almost nothing other than walnuts, olive oil and at the end a little bit of tomatos and olives. (Made a mix out of crushed walnuts mixed with olive oil and along with tomatoes. Can't recommend but was desperately hungry without wanting to bloat).

Might have overdone it. I literally dreamed of the DESERT and post-apocalyptic survival situation there:lul:.
I woke up feeling absolutely shit.
Tongue dry as fuck (literally dry to the pores barely shining:dafuckfeels:).
Needed to pee and drink a liter of water instantly:feelsmega:.

Slept 4:55 hours overall, could be the dehydration from the potassium.
Also I slept without a shirt and open window, wich could have made me ill ngl:lul:. Don't know rn, hope not.

For visual changes I'm still not sure, but documented anyways, if useful someday.
Can't see any change right now.:fuk:

I stacked a shit ton of pillows under my back and head this last evening. Also have the books under the frame to elevate it.

you know methods to not get your ears fried like the noise, I ordered my device and the gel now and wanna do small sessions with not so high intensity cuz I already have lean cheeks and am 10% bf. You know any recommendations on videos how it's going and intensity and session time examples?. I can't find any online, I wanna have complete knowledge and someone I can ask questions before I do it.
