2 of the best diets for looksmaxxing and 2 of the worst

I've gone through all the schizo diets available and these 2 were the only ones that came with positive results. (Better hair, better skin, better bloodflow and boners etc.)


1) High fat carnivore where you eat atleast 85% of your macros from animal fat and ensure staying in ketosis.

Carnivore diet without staying in ketosis is the dumbest shit ever, constant utilization of gluconeogenesis from eating too much protein will rape u through cortisol.
2) Essentially a "fish and potatoes diet", mixed diet of complex carbs like potatoes where your fat and protein source is only fatty fish like salmon due to its high polyunsaturated fat content that works together with carbs without forming insulin resistance like saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids do.


These 2 were the absolute worst dietary approaches that I've tried and resulted in worse health and looks


1) Vegan diet, not even going to elaborate

2) Animal based aka Paul Saladino diet, high saturated fat, high carbs. Absolutely horrible, weight gain, body confused which fuel to use due to disrupting the Randle cycle, constantly skyhigh insulin levels that made my skin and hair disgusting grease balls

no milk
eat meat
low carb
1000 cal a day
that’s all u need to do
