1 - Should I tell the doctor to go for 1.0-1.6 upper to lower lip ratio?

2 - By decreasing the thickness of the lips, my mouth will because slight less projected, right?

Yeah but that's not my case, my jaw is just very slightly recessed and my lips are huge
