1. Adding black pepper to your meals, everytime I eat anything at all that can have black pepper on it I do. Eggs, Ground beef, Chicken, hell even on potatoes.

2. Undertraining rear delts. You need to train rear delts MINIMUM 2 times a week, they're the calf of the upper body. With developed rear delts you'll lose that slouched shoulder look and actually look like a man not a soy CUCK faggot.
Do these 2 things and you'll add minimum .25 SMV.
