Yes that is absolutely morbidly obese, how could you think otherwise.View attachment 5375172moribly obese right
thank you
I don't want to sound egotistical but I don't think I'm entirely lacking in lean mass. My arm circumfrence flexed with no pump is 14.3 inches (I havent carbed up in like 2 days) but also I have longer arms. I measured my wingspan today and it was 6'2.There is literally zero means of identifying how many rectus abdominus cuts you have, as the guy before me said, maybe in 50 or so pounds you'll be able to see them all, you just don't have much lean mass and it's obvious, you won't be 140, 150, 160 lean, maybe 130-135
I am same height around 5'10.5, around 175(lbs) a few months ago I didn't look anything similar, you have a ways to go
Obviosuly I'm not big lean mass wise or anything.I don't want to sound egotistical but I don't think I'm entirely lacking in lean mass. If you193lbs to 177 in 16-17 days. Do I have potential for an 8 pack?
️Not egotistical as you certainly aren't small, I wasn't saying it as to denote a fact about you, just using it as a point of reference for how long it will really take you do get lean (term is used here to say ~10% bodyfat), I mean when I first started cutting I thought I would be wrapped up at 155-160 pounds, but I can easily lose another 15-20 ontop of that and we are the same heightI don't want to sound egotistical but I don't think I'm entirely lacking in lean mass. Thank you, this one message actually helped me more than 30+ in the last day. Also incredible physiqueNot egotistical as you certainly aren't small, I wasn't saying it as to denote a fact about you, just using it as a point of reference for how long it will really take you do get lean (term is used here to say ~10% bodyfat), I mean when I first started cutting I thought I would be wrapped up at 155-160 pounds, but I can easily lose another 15-20 ontop of that and we are the same height
It's difficult to look at your body and understand that every piece of skin that isn't as thin as a key when pinched is a fat cell, so it is very easy to spatially coax yourself into thinking things that are untrue, as such Is true I just wanted to make you aware of the fact that what's said above about losing around ~50lbs is true
I looked like this, same height, 171lbs morning weight, but with that said I am still cutting to the 140 range and I'm only around 160 now although I've been doing this for months

I don't fault you for this post or anything, I never understood just how much on my frame was fat until just a few months back even having been training for years, you are making progress and there's no harm done in feeling good about that from time to time, disregard for legitimate quantifiers out of ignorance is just making a mistake, not egoing anybody
