My brow ridge became wayy more prominent although did not see any changes in terms of jaw size or height. My lifefuel might be a false call but if you want a more prominent brow ridge then mk-677 defo helps. As for bloating I barely noticed it and regularly drinking water made sure it never got too bad. The effects resided after 2 weeks. Will get on mk again next year for 4 weeks to see if I can see other changes.
