Started routine need help and what I can add with softmaxxing. Go to sleep at 10-11 wake up at 8, immediately wake up get sunlight, eat 4 eggs 250g greek yogurt fruits and honey, then at 10 go gym (PPL split) or 5x30sec sprints. Afternoon i eat whatever i can find (have school) then evening some carbos and meat.

Planning to get magnesium biglycenate, vit d+k2 for morning and melatonin + GABA for better sleep

Any suggestions on what i can add need help pls 💔 16 56kg and 1,65-1,67

get as much sleep as possible, go to sleep as early as possible, be as consistent as possible with it. growth occurs primarily during sleep.

don't worry about softmaxxing, worry about hardmaxxing, things that will confer a permanent benefit to bone structure, due to your age.

honestly the height at this age is dire. you need to lock the fuck in on the height ASAP. I would do MK677 + an AI in your shoes, as well as raw fresh colostrum and royal jelly if affordable.

vitamin D + K2 MK4 can be consumed at a high dose along with adequate calcium to improve bone remodelling with bonesmashing / thumbpulling / chewing etc.

morning routine is good, make sure the yolks are minimally cooked. prefer red meat over chicken / pork, and especially consume collagen, gelatin, bone broth, glycine. don't supplement melatonin it's anti sexual development and a stressor. high protein diet.

you need to be perfecting your hormonal profile at all costs. that's the most important thing at your age.

there's no real studies correlating raw milk consumption with you not being a manlet, don't listen to whatever a random says on the internet brother, most of this is cope. Do your own research and look for scientific studies not bullshit pseudoscience

Okay so
Your diet might not be the acne causing issue, it might be some hormonal changes due to your age or just genetic, you can try topical tretinoin, start with lower dosages and search up on how to use it properly.
This is backed up by science as something that works for acne, sun marks, etc
If not, isotretinoin (Accutane) will most likely work, go to a dermatologists if you need a prescription, also do your own research
IMO There's not much you can change aside from losing weight so your face looks more defined and not as bloated as it is right now, (but be careful on not stunting your growth because you are most likely still developing)
And also fixing your acne as I said before

You are a bit capped on mtn rn, hopefully your bones are still developing and you can look better into your 20s
Be careful of too much sun exposure, don't listen to this goatis/raw milk-meat copers, they are pseudoscience retards.
You don't wanna get a runners face for too much sun exposure so you look old and like shit
I would also look further into the supplements you take as I think they're just some cope, austin wayne chadpills won't ascend anyone bro, neither these pills
If anything you can try getting growth hormone as your height is fucked, but that's a diff scenario

3 yrs into looksmaxxing all i did was good lifestyle, being lean, debloating, good diet, improving brows and lashes and lil roiding everything else is cope

Yeah i think I'm still developing, hopefully a late growth spurt hits me up. As for the sun exposure i use a vit c serum and will get a spf50 sunscreen soon for my face and get sun exposure with my hands legs all that
For the pills ill probs still take them maybe it's 90% cope but it dont cost me alot and ye idk ab getting gh thanks for the info much love
