2 weeks on hgh an ai

Here’s my dosing so far, I’m using 10 iu vials for reference which i definitely will not be getting again

11/16 - 2 iu

11/21- 3-2-3-2

11/25- 3-3-4

11/25 - started .5 arimidex eod

Obviously no bone growth yet, but I’ve had bloated hands and face and a heat flash once. Nothing terrible honestly don’t feel much different. Here’s my supplements along with it.

Morning

• Calcium
• K2+D3

With dinner

• Zinc
• Magnesium

After dinner (don’t eat after taking)

• Berberine
• Melatonin

I’ll also attach ankle x rays from 3 months ago. I know they don’t look promising but oh well. Let me know what yall think or if I need to add anything. May switch to aromasin soon too.
