My father business:-work as a waiter/help waters
- decent salary I expect like 2k per 2 months
- need to take 2 buses 1h-1 30 min to get to the city
- can be driven from place to place
- will be relaxed more because its my fathers business

My friend dads business:
- a big festival expected to make 1k at least
- work with a friend
- more stressed
- 1h from the city
- 2k min without tips

The problem is that my father is angry because I don't want to work at his business. My reasons for choosing the 2nd option is that I don't like my father restaurant and the people work there, way 2 far and I make less money.
What should I choose

Obviously going with your father, more money, you're in a comfortable environment, you're less stressed and you get your dad's approval.

The only reason why I'd consider the second option is if you think you're gonna have fun or meet people which can benefit you in the future. Otherwise, it doesn't matter that you don't like the restaurant or the people there, you aren't going to make friends, you're there for the salary, suck it up and enjoy the rewards, life is tough.

At that festival I could easily talk and make some connections cause therevare a lot of big artist like Ken Carson so a lot of people will came.
I would still wanna go out and be NT but the locotion of my father business makes it hard
