tbh i’m really inconsistent, zygos and chin for like 10mins total every 2 weeks or so

optimal stack for puberty you would want something like

80 test
as much tren as you can handle
Dht derivs like mast
and ofc high dose gh

for low inhib also erda


but since my growth plates are nearly fused im focusing on some facial bonegrowth and muscle growth now

oral, didn’t experience bloat but i’m also on eplerenone
