Thoughts? This is from just about 2 years of semi-consistent gym. I have never taken any PED’s. I am looking to start taking the gym more seriously and I want to explore my options/paths. Please send any recommendations or advice my way!
P.S. I am interested in exploring the option of PED’s. I appreciate any recommendations.
