Easily possible.
There people that did 30cm+ LL.
LL is like you are growing naturally, same mechanism.
Only problem is the speed
that is why i do 2x about 6cm on femur and one time 6 cm tibia.

Dude i increase my leg size my at most 25%. not fucking 100.
I was 165cm before. Sitting height 90cm. Meaning about 75cm of that is legs. maybe little bit more.
If i increase that by like 18cm total to 90cm sitting height and 93cm legs that doesnt matter that much.
