Your temporals are too wide and the upper third is too dominant. You could try having a hairstyle that covers your forehead

Also try brushing your upper lip to try and fix your chin to philtrum

Its pretty noticable. you can also hop on accutane to slim down the nose since your nose to lip width ratio is off.

you can also try cutting the corners of your mouth but im not rly sure if that works or not but i would look into it

mMtn a few improvements can get you to Hmtn and with a few more maybe even lHtn
