2 years and you still haven’t read pinned post on how to take a rating picture actually you did for the before pic i’m assuming you are unhappy with your results tho so now ur sending pics of ur abs for no reason like thats what we care about

if you watch rehab room you’d see the image with the transformation guys see vs what girls see yk so jus take proper rating pics plz
