if you do it without help from using stuff prolly wont see anything at all.

I did 4 days no sleep cause I was tryna get to seven nights, but didn't have anything happen,
only did it cause I thought somebody told me at night if I got to the eighth day I'd get to ask for something and get it, was just a big waste of 3 days doing nothing just sitting cause was too tired, brain fog too.

If you use stuff will prolly see atleast some bugs or something.
