It;ll only benefit you if you do it twice a week and keep your calories low. if you bike 2x60k a week you'll burn 1kg of fat a week (even 2x 30k is enough). You'll improve your indurance, muscles, well being and heart health. However, cycling isn't a weight bearing exercise so you need some weight training too. Overkill on a bike will eat muscle mass if you eat nothing much.
