Yes your bones look very fused, in the fingers (phalanges) and hand bones (metacarpals), your growth plates are no longer visible. In the wrist, especially at the distal radius and ulna, the growth plates also appear closed, which signifies that your growth is over, and you will not grow any more then your current height.
