200mg eplerenone with no changes?

Yesterday I took 8x25mg tabs of eplerenone.

I'm relatively lean sitting around 14-16% bf ( i know this is not optimal in terms of aesthetics but that is besides the point )

my face was and still is more bloated than it should be- i am still retaining a ton of water in my face.

i've made sure to drink enough water to flush out everything (around 2 litres the past two days) however i have not noticed any changes in bloating.


any advice would be much appreciated.

it's a potassium-sparing diuretic.

so when you go to piss, you excrete sodium and water whilst retaining potassium- giving you that debloated look

the dosage i took was for more of a permanent debloat, it wasn't a lower dose to counteract any other products which many people use it for.

i think it's just because i'm not actually bloated, but rather higher bf% than i thought.
