lifefuel for coomercels?

rate my psl increase of my ascension so far. i will be finished summer 2023 and ill post everything i did. most are softmaxxes, some minimally-invasive surgery and a few big operations

It is a stubble though.. it's like 6mm which qualifies as a stubble, albeit heavy.. but I do go shorter sometimes

Yes I'm neckcel, but I need to bulk to get a bigger neck so it's rather hard since bulking is a meme.. so I'd rather buy some thick v-neck shirts tbh

Planned zygo implants with pagnoni to replace filler eventually. MAYBE jaw angle implants, but that would be cherry on top. But other than that no

I did a lot to my skin... Probably what I did the most to tbh..

Biggest factors were major diet changes, chemical peelings and tretinoin

I do neck curls untill exhaustion 4 times a week. And then I train traps + shoulders as well ofc

Idk what to do other than neck curls though, my gym doesn't have that head harness thing

I was skinnyfat yeah (something I've struggled with a lot due to depression which resulted in binge eating shit foods when i was younger)

Look up NuFace mini, a consumer grade ems tool thats decently cheap. It stimulates your skin and bone with microcurrents.

And yeah, botox was for lowering my brows
