My zygos are 10x better and his maxilla looks recessed. His philtrum is legit the same size as his chin. The only thing that might be better on him is pfl but i mog in everything else and look more striking. As for you should probably opry maxx idk you might look somewhat similar if you lean maxx cause from that angle ur bones seem similar enough.

Zygos is except for eyes the biggest difference between you and opry. If you look at my picture you can see that theres bone right next to the eye sitting really high. In his picture you can see that bone is very low on the face. That’s an example of high vs low zygos.

Idk opry have very hard to emulate zygos. They are really high right next to the eye but without a lot of bone mass. So he basically has high and small zygos. Idk lots about surgery but i don’t even think its possible with that but idk
