- Heavy lifting 4 times a week
- Tuesday - Cardio, 30m run
- Friday - Cardio, 30m run
- Sunday - Cardio, 30m run
- Stay away from soy
- Eat more veggies, fruits, lentils
- Veggies: Broccoli, asparagus, green beans
- Fruits: Bananas, oranges, berries, watermelon, pineapple
- Eat no processed foods
- Healthy fats = raw nuts, seeds, egg yolks
- L-arginine foods include raw nuts and turkey breast
- Zinc and copper as well, red meat has a lot of zinc while organ meats and shiitake mushrooms have a lot of copper
- Spinach, okra, pumpkin seeds have high magnesium
- Take ashwagandha daily
- Take zinc, magnesium, D3, and creatine supplements
