16 in the before 18 in the after, but at 16 i was alr done growing so puberty probably also ended soon.

Stopped mouth breathing, mewing, chewing with your back teeth, and my test probably increased a lot, head posture might help give a slight illusion. Alongside many small changes and habits.

I talked to a surgeon, i can send u my consulation papers if u want, he says i need to get a palate expander first and some dentist work and then i can get the bimax with ccw
