Hard to choose. Because 5'6" is in the grey area of no return when it comes to height. Because you are taller than most women, but still not considered average height in most countries.

Option B, you can move to some cold place and wear massive hoodies/puffers all the time. Its pretty impossible to look subhuman framelet in multiple layers and an XL puffer jacket

kind of works and is a smart idea HOWEVER frame width (biacromial,clavicles,scapulae,ribcage) can’t be frauded
