It's a struggle, for most people it takes mostly luck rather than qualification, lol. I would blame education inflation and the system itself, a degree or qualification no longer guarantees a job because now everyone has a degree, so they had to raise the standards both in the skills required and the curriculum. But obviously neither HS nor college provide the necessary tools to get become eligible for a job nor the information about this.
