2025 May be the Last Good Year

Ever since the 1970's, the world has mostly been on the up and up, with HDI going up and crime and poverty going down around the world.
I believe 2025 is the last year where that trend is true. At the least, the trend will decline until it flips and will get worse.

You will starts seeing on the news,

First, the professional/technical job market will take a hit
Then, wealth will be consolidated much strongly to the top 0.1%
Then, the media will stop reporting it completely. You will literally notice it all around you that the world is getting worse and worse
Pollution, wealth inequality, poverty rate, job market issues, Housing prices will get raped much more than it already is
Welfare will take a HUGE hit.
Yet it will be completely ignored by popular culture and you will feel like you're the only one noticing it.

Tl;Dr: If you think your life is shit because you're a sexless NEET, have fun after 2030, it will genuinely be over for you, you will barely be able to even feed and shelter yourself, if even.
