20inch shoulders fine for gymmaxxing?

my bideltoid is like 18-19 inches. Realistically I think I can add two or so inches with muscle fraud. I feel like a framecel though, my hips are wide, legs r big, my waist isn’t smal. my proportions make me seem framecel I think

Front, though my posture is kind of weird and shoulders r a bit hunched forward so it might be super inaccurate
