Pictures are unfrauded taken about 1 and a half months ago which was prior to me starting the following protocol. I have made some progress since then.

Protocol:

Skin:

GHK-cu (subq) 3mg/day ED unless I forget or miss
Glutathione (subq) - 200mg 2-3/week for like 3-4 months then take a break and continue later as needed.
Tretinoin 0.05%, 0.1% - started off 0.05% pea sized 2 nights/week, will build up to ED, then start 0.1% and repeat same process.
Azelaic acid 15%, 20% - decrease redness/even skintone - every morning even coverage on face.
DIY Adyfiline 3% and volufiline 7% in HA cosmetic base - fix recessed infra, fix UEE/ more hooded eyes.
Hydroquinone 4% for dark eye area skin
Isotret (accutane) microdose 20-30mg/week for 9-12 months - relatively clear skin so main purpose is shrinking nose and reducing pore visibility. (wont be running topical actives and retinoids while on this; Its on order from Indiamart but idk when I should start it or if I should for my goal. Currently Im a month and a half into running 0.05% tret. Any iqcels lmk what to do:owo:
Ordinary 5% caffeine and ECCG wtv tf eye serum - discoloration in eye bags
Ordinary Multipeptide/HA serum - cope

Hair:


Latanoprost 0.005% - applied with a brush to top lash line (will my orbital fat get raped with like with latisse?)
Oral minoxidil 1.25mg/day - taken at night, my dads balding so prevention + Im seeing some thinning:feelswhy:
Kx-826 - DIY topical serum in PG base - both on order havent decided concentration and application yet.
AHK-cu - topical - thinking about mixing AHK-cu and KX826 in the same PG base solution. (will finalize concentrations once they are here)

General:

8+ hours sleep
Gym (Push-pull-legs(optional)) 4-5 days/week - Lean bulking currently (if i bulk and gain fat ill rope before I can ascend), will cut down to 8% BF naturally once Im satisfied with my muscle mass. no reta retardation.
High intensity Tennis (cardio, on non gym days)
Good diet - no red meat (religious bs), low fat and cholesterol, High protein, high fiber (fruits/veggie), high carb.
Very occasional alc, no smoke

Supplements:

Boron glycinate ~10mg/day
Magnesium Glycinate ~300mg elemental/night
L theanine - 200mg/night
Vit C - 1000mg /day
Vit K2/D3 - 300mcg and 10,000 iu / day
Fadogia agrestis - 600mg/day 8 weeks on 4 weeks off claude told my to cycle it so my balls dont get raped.
Astaxanthin - 12mg/day - coloring/undertone
Lycopene + lutein - forgot dose dont have it yet its on order.
zinc ~ 20mg/day - taken atleast 7 hours away from GHK inj.


Had a nootropic stack going for a month and a half before my DAT:
Intranasal NA-Semax
Oral Prl-4-53 or smth
Oral Noopept


lmk if any of this is cope or wont work as intended by me. I think I'll be ascended to LHTN after this protocol idk if Im biased towards that rating tho. I appreciate any constructive input or other suggestions.

Thats good I guess but your (like you said) going to a lot of effort but still not including test or any real pharma intervention. Reconsider this plan from the perspective of effectiveness.

I havent done much research on gear bc It never aligned with my goals so I dont see whats the point of hopping on?

I am not going for huge mass. Im aiming for more of a Tyler Durden physique. I just dont get the appeal of gear personally I think it will cause more problems than give benefits tbh but feel free to educate me if Im wrong :popcorn:
