Day 1 completed.Things on my list : Brush teeth 2x :yes:,cold shower :yes:,drink my accutane pills :yes: drink water and eat regulary :yes: Do exercises for my posture :yes:Noporn:yes: feeling optimistic ! going to sleep now and as soon i wake up i will eat and take my pills then chill all day then go run,my uni is a joke but i still will find a way to fail it :incel::incel: jfl.

The snowball effect is legit. If you make really small goals, like brushing your teeth or making your bed, you'll feel energized to take on bigger ones like homework

Yeah,i will start making my bed too.Im exercising regulary too but i didn't put that in my list since im doing it already.
