1. Using terminology such as "Beta" or "Alpha" / stop using these words
2. Lasting too short in bed / train to last longer
3. Not being confident unless your with your friends / Be confident on your own
4. Complaining for things you never even worked for to begin with / stop craving recognition, it should come naturally
5. Stop Trauma Dumping / Dont talk about your past hardships to girls or even friends you didnt know for too long, its too soon
6. Being rude / shut up unless its appropriate
7. Stop posting inspirational quotes / unless its your dad or someone really close to you, just not in your story etc.
8. Stop responding super thirsty to women / dont dm her freaky stuff, be more stoic/mysterious about it
9. Stop acting too nice / It will come off as needy when you then expect something in return
10. Stop talking so much and blabbering about random stuff / Its off-putting and annoying, talk about more serious stuff and talk less overall
11. Stop talking down on others to make urself seem better / its a big turn off
