I took accutane small dose 0’3mg/kg for 70kg for like a year and 2 months and the doctor said that there are no risk for growth plates with such a small dose

You may have heard some stories or articulations pf the story about a bunch of neuroblastoma child patients, who took 3mg/kg to 5mg/kg of it every day, which is a very high dose.

It can sometimes slow the velocity (speed) of growth, but it cannot stop you from reaching your genetic limit, meaning it only slows it down by a short while.
