Been lifting since last few months i dropped to 63 kg due to cancer last year(185 cm) regained 20 more kgs while eating shit and skinny fat with no muscle mass. Being recomping since last few months overall my arms got from 25 cm to 37 cm while staying on the same kg so i keep doing the maintanance with high protein shit

Thanks a lot man i was 163 cm 167kg on age of 15 than lost around 80kgs grew 22 more cm. Got full skin removal for arms and body and shit so got bed ridden for months after that got cancer so my fat and muscle mass got a huge hit. Been lifting since last few months while eating clean 200 gram proteins and maintaining. Results was crazy good at least for my physique but face took a huge hit so im corpsemaxxing. Will get mini neck lift and fat transfer in 2 weeks

I can actually feel it when i touch it but my peak weight was two times more than my current weight so the area under my jaw is full of loose skin i can feel its not fat just hanging empty skin will get a mini neck lift for that and see if its gonna be more prominent or not
