Will I be able to do it? I'm currently around 5'10 72kg (got really fat during winter) and I'll do wall climbing once a week, workout at home like 3x a week and do cardio once or twice a week. Also what should I avoid while eating I know that I should avoid sodium but what else. Also I mostly eat meat and pasta because I'm very picky

why avoid sodium :lul:sodium doesntmake u fat it actually make u lose water and weight:feelshaha:
 
I'm currently around 5'10 72kg
Update: after this post I actually measured 74kg and last weekend I finally hit under 70kg (couldve lost even more if I locked in in march, also 4kg isn't a big change but at least I made an improvement) and idk my current bf% but I have a feeling it's around 19-20. Went on a calorie deficit and managed to lose a lot of fat from my stomach but my thighs are still huge. Hoping to get to about 65kg by the end of summer
