slowly start getting more agro towards her by saying " ur always clubbing" or some bs, then increase it to "im sick of u going out with others", then start saying "either you leaf me or go clubbing" also combine this with manipulation ( watch a vid about it on yt) so she wants to be with you. then when u get rlly good you can start yelling at them until finally slapping them and shi. if you do this make sure to have a kid with her so you have to stay together and beat that kid aswell

I was a huge jester last year. You just gotta stop. You'll lose a lot of people, but it only emphasizes the ones who stay

either say it or fulfill the cuck lifestyle or inject test for confidence and makes u more angry
