Mtn. Biggest things flaws are long midface, high upper eyelid exposure/eye area im general, lip balance. Look like you have a decent base eg. Good jaw shape from front, light eyes and hair looks good in first pic.

thicker brows, neuromuscular control, fraud w uudd. Ur canthal tilt looks to be neutral so maybe canthoplasty if u really wanted.
