Nigga just DON'T EAT.

I used to weigh around 87kg at 5'7 - literally all it took is just some depressive episode and not eating for a week or two.

Now at 5'11 64kg although my stretch marks looks fucking horrible. It's never over.

yeah I need to. I struggl e walk because I feel too heavy as I'm naturally ectomorphic. Overpronated foot doesn't help tho

Try looking into water therapy and take intervals. You're much better than a lot of people out there since you are not ignorant of your flaws and is trying to change.

Most fatcels have little to no discipline. It's better to just cut off food entirely for a few days and just drink water than to do calorie deficit since it literally is just Satan tempting you to eat more.

Although it might be different to some - it has worked for me and that's all that matters.

I'm really just talking from experience here so eh I'm not very credible to begin with lol OP should do his research and see which method will work best for him.

I've had a karotype for that in the past, it came back negative. My testicles are also normal size but I used to think.

Starving will always have diminishing returns though, especially if sustained over a long period of time. The problem people encounter when losing weight is sustainability; they chase weight loss as opposed to pursuing a healthy lifestyle, which is why, supposedly, most diets fail.

It doesn't help my waist is 42 inches I get heartburn and indigestion a lot. Probably that.
Yeah, you have to lean down, and stop eating processed trash--only makes heartburn worse.

You'd definitely lose weight. But that level of restriction is extreme and I'd imagine counterproductive. You'd probably just end up with an ED.

It's ideal to simply focus on your overall health, which manifests in well-balanced meals that are high in satiety with an exercise routine that you can adhere to over a long period of time.

When people choose unsustainable methods, what they don't realize is that they're just locking themselves into probably ending up bigger than when they started. Weight loss has to be as stress-free as possible for it to work.

Walking kills me because of my flat foot and weight
Look into stretches for that. Focus on diet for now, though. You're big enough that you can probably healthily lose a good amount of weight in a relatively short amount of time. Then start with low-intensity exercise and progress from there.

This is lifting weights
And yes aim for 3x a week for starters until you build a habit

You must go the 3 times, as if your life depends on it
It doesn’t matter what, you have to go 3 times

When you are there, start using the machines/lifting weights
Have a feel around, it’s a great place and every type of person is there from very very obese to overweight to healthy weight to fit to skinny to borderline malnourished
