This is not walking
This is lifting weights
And yes aim for 3x a week for starters until you build a habit

You must go the 3 times, as if your life depends on it
It doesn’t matter what, you have to go 3 times

When you are there, start using the machines/lifting weights
Have a feel around, it’s a great place and every type of person is there from very very obese to overweight to healthy weight to fit to skinny to borderline malnourished

But goatis says eating fast food everyday and being very sedentary is healthier than lifting heavy. He sounds like he knows what he is talking about idk

no dude whatever do what you want, I'm suggesting you to lose some weight you can't achieve that with just eating the same goyslop you have consumed up until now

you should eat zero carbs and drink a gallon of water daily also at least go for a walk or something if you won't hit the gym, you have to burn calories no matter how

true I just lay in bed or sit and only time I get up is to eat or go toilet. I'll move more but lifting heavy will make me stress

Btw when I went to doctor for physical examination they said to me afterwards about body positivity. They don't help much tbh.
