This is lifting weights
And yes aim for 3x a week for starters until you build a habit
You must go the 3 times, as if your life depends on it
It doesn’t matter what, you have to go 3 times
When you are there, start using the machines/lifting weights
Have a feel around, it’s a great place and every type of person is there from very very obese to overweight to healthy weight to fit to skinny to borderline malnourished
But goatis says eating fast food everyday and being very sedentary is healthier than lifting heavy. He sounds like he knows what he is talking about idk
