Never had a gf, invisible, unwanted, ignored, so I am unattractive.

I always shave the middle ground. When I leave it like that, it looks so disgusting. I left it in these pictures because I wanted to test how good my sides are for a hair system but turns out that they are not good and will need a wig/full cap.

dont know much about hard surgeries but procedure
wear a hair system or get a transplant, threads + fat grapts +if you got a beard grow it out thats mandatory or try minox for it + could use some just a lil filer but i would rather save up for a genio or implant if i were you
but these are temporary until you get surgires ask other users about them i dont want to mis lead you

also do your own research dont blindly believe a random guy on a forum

Yeah the donor area looks weak even for a system. At this point a full cap or SMP might be your best bet. But honestly, if you already shave it and own the bald look, that's better than clinging to scraps
 
No reason for you to have let your hair go on for that long receeding. You can start dutasteride and hair recovery regime or just go straight to hair transplant.
Start Thumbpulling and hard mewing as well as postural suction mewing.

Short term: dermaroll and minox beard so you can throw some facial hair on until hair transplant, at least.

Soft maxes: tanning, grooming, debloating.

Hardmaxxes : infra orbital implant+ fat grafting for under eye support. Filler above eyes. Cantho. Alar base reduction.
