Honestly, the bald failo is pretty brutal. If you are able to grow hair to a point where it isn't norwood 3/4+ then if you haven't looked into it finastride/dutastride could help you. If you are in the West, your height is average/slightly below average. I don't think it's over for you at all, unless you have genetic buccal fat(which will require surgery, as far as I know), you can get lean in the gym/debloat for more angularity.
Maybe im bugging but despite but the uee and nct your eye area isn't that bad.
