Hey man, how's it going? I was one of the guys who tried to help you out a while back with some "softmaxxing" tips—like other users on the forum did—but I get the feeling you don't practice or even believe in that stuff. And honestly, none of that is really going to elevate your status. I'd say you need some pharmaceuticals, steroids, and surgeries, but you probably don't have the money for that. So, man... it's over for you until you make some cash.

But within your budget, I’d probably recommend some DHT inhibitors, anastrozole, and some anabolic steroids, along with medications to manage side effects; for your skin, I’d suggest tretinoin and estriol, betamethasone for your nose, and some skincare products to even out skin tone and control oiliness, pores, and so on.

I already came in terms with the faxt that it's over and it's because of my genetics and that i should've not been born and that i shouldn't and wont procreate

By the way, anabolics aren't just for your physique; combined with mechanical tension on the face and certain natural stimulants, you can achieve significant gains in bone density. I also forgot to mention orthodontics for bone projection, but as I said, it will take a few years to see results since puberty is over and your foundation isn't great.

But if you don't have the patience, intelligence, and optimism to try something—even if the truth is that your starting point is terrible—then you're better off just giving up and stopping with the posts here, man.
