$600k is her company’s cash flow in and not her net worth.
She has to give out salaries for 20 people, has running costs of a company, bills to meet with clients, and other things that need to be met with if they are employees. More relaxed if they are on contract.

Also she mentioned 5 offices in the first line and immediately says 4 in the 2nd.
