24 hour fast?

i ate like trash the last 4 days because of this cruise im on

so im thinking i do a 24 hour water fast (spamming stimulants + reta)

im 15 tho so maybe a fast might screw with my hormones, but, at the same time, its only one day

is this a mirin idea?

24h is fine not more than 3 days bhai it lowers T when nutrition drops
