2. If you’re bloated it’s because you’re fat or don’t have bones



Being bloated is just a myth you’re either fat or you’re boneless. Get to single digit and if you’re still ‘bloated’ you’re boneless and try and focus on getting bones through surgery or hormones



3. Bonesmashing works
