24% to 11% bodyfat comparison

In 2019 I was so desperate to build muscle mass, that I tried an extreme bulking, whoose only result was turning me into a fatass, without gaining any muscle.

In the period from January to May 2019 I was overweight. Then in summer 2019 I leanmaxxed and went to 13% bodyfat.

Today, summer 2020, I am around 10% bodyfat

If you have a small jaw any fat at all in your face/neck makes your hyoid look low. It's not a low hyoid, it's just a small amount of fat. If you jut your jaw forward (to imitate what a large, forward grown jaw would do) the "hyoid" (aka fat) immediately disappears. It's why people with recessed jaws often have turkey necks or disgusting side profiles.

very nice progress, how old are you in the pics?

i‘m in the same situation as you were before i think.
i am bulking without doing much sports, this thread however makes me wonder if it is a huge mistake and if i should stop

Night and day difference. I’m telling you if all it took to be chad was to be sub 12% bf there would be nobody on here.

birthmarks are those "mole-type" marks on your face.

Was it hard to get to 11%?
I want to get to 11% so when I bulk I don't have to go beyond 16%
It depends on:
- your natural appetite
- your addiction to sugar
- your current bodyfat

The only obstacle to leanmaxxing is appetite.
Even steroids who burn fat are useless if you can't keep a good calorie deficit everyday.

I did not ascend. I have always been lean in all my life except the period from January 2019 to May 2019.

Men with good forward growth and good under eye support slay regardless of whether they are pale white, tanned arabs or coal-skinned negros.

I'm 17% right now. I would say that I am naturally quite hungry but I can stop myself from eating if it means I can look better.
There's this one sugary drink I like to drink each morning but that's only around 70 calories, I can live without everything else.

1: use a diary to take notes of everything you eat and all the calories you intake
2: weight yourself everyday and take notes of your weight
3: understand that hunger is temporary and it's possible to ignore it
4: calculate the average calories you have eaten every week
 
I need to leanmaxx and start going on a calorific deficit.
Probably should incorporate weights so I don't lose the little muscle mass that I have.

It's difficult to say because some people have good fat distribution, some don't have to aushwitzmax for their bones to show etc. I'd say 15-20%. Of course the main goal is to gain enough muscle to have a good frame whilst being relatively lean

If you can't build muscles like me it means your genetical muscle building genetics suck

Lowering Bodyfat is the most effective looksmaxx, and has more impact than any surgery than you will ever do in your life

Being high bodyfat does not improve your frame.

In my opinion this is the best shoulder routine because it involves exercises that do not permit cheating
