I've looked at my face way too much I can't give myself a proper rating, curious what people on here would put me as, would also appreciate physique rating. I've already been improving lots of stuff so I wanna know around where I sit now. Currently healing from BFR

Mtn w/good appeal. You seem softmaxxed already though I would say switch to a hairstyle that reveals your forehead more as it would suit ur face shape.

Я слишком много раз рассматривал своё лицо, поэтому не могу дать себе адекватную оценку. Интересно, как бы меня оценили здесь другие пользователи, а также хотелось бы узнать оценку моей физической формы. Я уже многому научился, поэтому хочу знать, на каком уровне я сейчас нахожусь. Сейчас восстанавливаюсь после тренировки с ограничением кровотока (BFR).
