currently 15.5, 182cm, 65kg
Just looking for some advice, I have been kinda researching lately, but I definitely wanna see if I maybe missed something.
Right now I'm eating pretty clean, tryna bulk to 70kg. I'll maybe take a physique picture and add it if needed,i think my physique is decent for my weight.
I also obviously sleep 8h or more a day and try to drink a lot, I don't track my drinking really.
im also doing skincare because of my acne, thinking of hopping on tretinoin or accutane, but ive heard some negative effects and im not sure if i can do it, im also not sure if i should get hydrochlorine for my nose, or eplenerone for debloating im not sure i need to debloat much tho i think im around 12-14% bf, theres a lot of things so i mightve forgotten some but i also mew and try to do chin tucks and neck curls, although i think im supposed to spam them more. I'm using a whitening product for my teeth, and so far it's not bad. Anyways, let me know if u have an opinion about rating or tips, I would be glad to hear it.

okay other than that you have close set eyes, negative canthal tilt, wide nose, from the looiks of it a recessed chin, mild but considerable uee, very thin upper lip
those are your worst flaws, which cant really be fixed without invasive surgery
also your flaws are mostly in the eye region but you do have low set eyes, so that counts for something

You would mog heavy with a canthoplasty and maybe do something about hair

my hair is longer now, u got any ideas for something to do?
For haie just gros the sides a little and make it look healthy, either straighten it a little or use some product to make it less frizzy. Og you have completed that then ur basically hairmaxed

I was also unsure about a lot of stuff, so if u have an opinion about that, it also works.
 
you need rhino and your lips are pretty thin so maybe fillers

Stop fruading, but in general most of the fixes you can do require lots of surgery which you can't really do yet so I just recommend sticking to what you said you were gonna do while your still 15.

Get to 80-85 kilos lean

sound like a cope but Train the periocular muscles, posturemaxxing, and try some way to stimulius the colagenous in your face, if you wanna the hard max way try some canthoplasty, + your face is unique in a good way

Só queria pedir alguns conselhos. Tenho pesquisado bastante ultimamente, mas definitivamente quero ver se não deixei passar alguma coisa.
No momento, estou me alimentando de forma bem saudável, tentando ganhar massa muscular até chegar aos 70 kg. Talvez eu tire uma foto do meu físico e adicione se necessário; acho que meu físico está bom para o meu peso.
Obviamente, também durmo 8 horas ou mais por dia e tento beber bastante, mas não costumo controlar o quanto bebo.
Também estou cuidando da minha pele por causa da acne. Estou pensando em usar tretinoína ou isotretinoína, mas ouvi falar de alguns efeitos colaterais negativos e não sei se consigo. Também não sei se devo usar cloridrato de hidroxicloroquina no nariz ou epinefrina para desinchar. Acho que não preciso desinchar muito, pois estou com cerca de 12-14% de gordura corporal. Tem muita coisa, então posso ter esquecido de algo, mas também pratico o exercício de mewing e tento fazer contrações do queixo e flexões do pescoço, embora eu ache que deveria praticá-las com mais frequência. Estou usando um produto clareador dental e, até agora, não está sendo ruim. Enfim, me diga se você tem alguma opinião sobre a avaliação ou dicas, ficarei feliz
