I’m 25 years old.
  • No driver’s license.
  • No car.
  • No savings.
  • Never had a job.
  • Never had a girlfriend.
  • I’m basically a NEET.
  • Still living with my parents.
I know this sounds brutal, but I’m trying to be honest about where I’m at.

I feel like I’ve fallen behind everyone my age. Most people I know have at least a few of those things sorted out, while I basically have none of them.

Lately I’ve been trying to turn things around. I’ve started lifting consistently, applying for jobs, tracking my finances, and trying to build better habits. So I’m not just sitting around doing nothing anymore. But sometimes I look at my situation as a whole and think, “Damn… am I just cooked?”

Has anyone here been in a similar position in their mid-20s and actually managed to turn their life around?

I’m not looking for fake motivation or sugarcoating. I just want honest opinions. Is this still recoverable if I keep improving, or have I fallen too far behind compared to everyone else?

This is common in the west now you aren’t behind. A lot of men have given up and just LDAR , just read this forum lol. 25 is young enough to turn it around .

Don’t feel ashamed man

Normies will rip you apart for this kind of thing

But they don’t see all the pain you fought all those years

Truly

I would tell you the first step is to really come to understand why you want it

If you understand why you want something, it’s much easier and effortless to figure out he how

Are you atleast studying, still in school?

If not I’d just get some blue collar job or some job giving u long hours.
With enough hard work you can tick off each of those boxes one at a time.

Once you’re like 16 you kinda already need to know what ur gonna do in life and in your 20s its crucial you make those steps to getting there.

Just try and get any jon tbh.

Yeah ur cooked bro you’re legit about to be 30

Something's gotta be wrong with you. You gotta raise the stakes or something. Forget lifting weights or physical exercise.

After graduating highschool at 18 I spent the following summer partying. Come fall suddenly everyone was gone. After a couple weeks I realized shit will never go back to the way I knew it and from that point on I had to get the fuck out of my parent's house by any means. I traveled from Michigan to Wyoming to work on a pipeline construction crew with my uncle who would later be convicted of murder. That lasted about a week until my uncle rage quit and convinced me to quit too, promising me that we'd have another job waiting for us back in Michigan. That never happened and after a couple weeks I went to grandmas house down in Tennessee to look for work. After a few months of nothing I signed up for the military.

Spend nine months in the Air Force before getting kicked out fir breaking too many rules. The Air Force was a failed endeavor but I still managed to have a lot fun, and learn a lot about life in general. Back in Michigan and 20 years old I quickly managed to get a very good job in Ann Arbor as well as my first apartment. Almost three years went by and I realized I wasn't going anywhere in life and I sabotaged myself. I love the way my mind works. Anyway, after getting fired I booked a one way flight to the other side if the globe with only tge clothes on my back and $600 in my pocket, and I never looked back. That was 15 years ago.

This is me today.

There has to come a point when you realize something has to change by any means necessary. Being incarcerated is better than what you're doing with your life now and the trajectory you're on. Your addiction to comfort is your biggest problem at the moment.

If I were you this is what I would do this very second. I would get a nice backpack and fill it with one pair of pants, 4 shirts (two of them long sleeve), one sweater, a jacket, a good winter hat, a few pairs of underwear and at least 6 pairs of long socks. I'd take a roll of medium to large sized trash bags along with a few empty grocery bags, dried meat, bread, a jar of peanut butter along with whatever other foid items will fit too. Then I'd leave my parents a note telling them what's up before grabbing no more than $20-$100 and a large folding or fixed blade knife and heading out the door. I'd find my way to a place where I could hop a southbound train and not come back to normal life until at least a year's passed and I've got at least $1,000 in my pocket. During that time I'd live as a tramp in different cities traveling by train.

You wouldn't come back the same person. You'd have the knowledge to change your trajectory for the better and think outside the box. Getting a job now probably won't do anything for you except make you into a comfortable loser who doesn't really end up doing anything with himself for the next 40 or 50 years.

this is only "brutal" if you are a mindraped workcuck normie. You have to be conditioned from a young age to "want" these things, otherwise its irrelevant.

Your life will stay the same with or without a metal machine, but your life will get worse with a job cause you know deep down you want to be free and dont want for some stranger to take your freedom away. Anyone who thinks having a job is a good thing is basically a mindraped normie who never had an original thought in his life.

Only good thing about having money is to maybe invest it to try and become somewhat free, but if you use that money to buy nonsense (90% of everything you can buy is nonsense), then you failed at life and have been duped.

Would you think you're a failure if no one ever told you that without X amount of accomplished things you're a failure from a young age?

I have a drivers license since 23, now im 29 and i just couldnt give less of a fuck about getting or driving a car, i know that its just a sad necessity and you're basically a slave to all the stuff you have to pay for it. I know that even with a top BMW i would still be an ugly incel, it doesnt change anything. Most of this career/accomplishment nonsense is just sublimation and trying to compensate for your face and height.

yeah dude get drugs try out things and then lowkey kys id do that and i will prob at 30 if i dont have a wife if i get into a rls with a girl that doesnt care abt my looks, loyal, loves me and is not fucking obese then ill live but if i dont then yeah im taking every drug possible on earth and shooting random people before killing myself
