250 test or 500test

what should i do? ive heard 250 is good for basically no bad looks side effects but wondering if its even enough to get actual gains, if im gonna be taking test anyways it doesnt make sense to go for a too low dose. ill take hcg alongside it

40mg once then maintain on 2-3mg daily. Softgels are absorbed better.

250 what? MG? i assume you mean milligrams, so it depends. 250 is more of a trt dose so if ur gonna do trt 250-300 should push you to 1600ng/dl of test or so which should be fine, but if you take test for a cycle then you should definetly do 500mg. And with hcg of course to maintain lh/fsh after cycle so pct would be easier.
